OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE COOPERATION

In accordance with the valid legislation in the field of combating the legalization of income from criminal activity, we evaluate the degree of legalization risk in each transaction according to legal criteria.

During registration, the participant is informed of the obligation - at any stage of the auction as well as after the end of the auction - to provide us with cooperation and information necessary for their identification and, to the extent permitted by law, other information necessary to assess the degree of legalization risk (labor, economic or financial data, etc. ).

We process all provided information in accordance with the GDPR exclusively for the purpose of complying with the legal obligations to which we are subject.

Proper payment of relevant taxes, duties and fees payable abroad is the buyer's responsibility.

When exporting objects of cultural value abroad, it is the buyer's responsibility to obtain the appropriate certificates for export at his own risk and expense. After a special agreement, we will provide the buyer with the service of obtaining an export certificate for a fee.
