Payment options
CASH AT SALES POINTS
You can pay by cash for purchases up to € 15,000 at our branches in Bratislava or Prague.
CASH ON DELIVERY (AVAILABLE IN THE CZECH AND SLOVAK REPUBLICS ONLY)
Pay the courier when you receive your parcel. There is a €1 extra charge for this payment method (incl. VAT).
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
When your order is processed, we will send you an invoice, which you will pay through your bank account (wire transfer). Once the funds have been credited to our account, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your ordered items are ready for pick up or shipment by a delivery company. We usually ship the items within three working days of receiving your payment (when in stock).

COLLECTION IN PERSON
You can collect your items personally at our branches. You can find the addresses and opening hours here.There are no extra charges if you choose this method.

DELIVERY
We provide worldwide shipping. Please note that we are not responsible in cases where your country prohibits the import of old coins or precious metals. Delivery times vary by country. For EU countries, delivery usually takes from 3 to 5 days. For the USA, it is usually 5 to 7 days. If requested, we can also ship your items with TNT Express (Priority or Economy). The delivery fee is calculated separately for every shipment.
