AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
In stock - the goods are available at one of our stores in Bratislava or Prague or at both stores. It may take a few days to move items between our two stores - from Bratislava to Prague or vice versa. We will inform you in advance about the exact date of transfer between the stores of your purchased goods.
Available for order (7 days) - the goods are available for order. The price of the goods is fixed at the time of placing the order and is unchangeable and final. We will inform you of the exact time of availability of the goods or their dispatch.
Temporarily unavailable - the goods are currently temporarily unavailable and cannot be purchased.
FIXING THE FINAL PRICE (FOR INVESTMENT GOLD AND SILVER)
Prices for investment gold and silver are updated every minute according to the current market price on the stock exchange – spot price. Prices for individual coins and bars are recalculated based on their weights. Prices are fixed at the moment of placing an order, after which they are unchangeable, final and binding.
