Note
After the failed uprising of the Czech estates Pavel Michna from Vacínov became one of the leading Czech politicians. He became famous as an uncompromising representative of counter-reformation. He got extremely rich on privatisation of confiscated property of uprising estates members. It was not proven, but it is probable, that he was a member of de Witte mint consortium, the activities of which lead in 1623 to collapse of the currency. Origin in old collection. Old label included. Purchased from Karel Chaura 1934. Later cast
